ATTN FOOD VENDORS: At this time we are accepting a limited number of food truck vendors or prepared food vendors. Food trucks/vendors must comply with all City of DeLand ordinances and are responsible for their own permitting. Food trucks/vendors will also be required to submit a COI and registration and/or permit number. Pre-packaged food vendors are accepted as regular vendors. Due to the limited capacity, food vendors must apply by December 15th, and we will let you know by December 20th if your space is reserved.

FESTIVAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Event will go on, rain or shine!

Each Vendor has one 10x10 space unless otherwise arranged with the festival organizer.  NO canopy, tables, chairs, extension cords, or equipment of any kind will be provided. You will need to provide all the set up, shelter, and supplies needed for your booth. If you are in the Alley Garage you may set up a tent ONLY WITHOUT CANOPY if your set up requires it. Fire safety standards do not allow for canopies inside the garage.

Electricity is available sporadically  throughout the venue footprint but we can make no guarantee you will have close access to power. Generators of any kind are strictly prohibited.

To unload anything for the festival please enter Georgia Ave from the Florida Ave side. (driving directions are below) There will be Festival staff present to direct you to your space, which may or may not be close to the unloading zone depending on your location.  There will be limited volunteers available to help you unload, so please plan to bring help and/or a cart for moving your items based on your needs. Once you have unloaded everything, please move your car immediately to one of the available parking spaces in the City of DeLand Parking Lot on Florida Ave. All vendors must checked in and unload by 1pm. No vendors will be allowed to drive through the footprint between 1:00pm and 9:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Vendors CANNOT drive any stakes into the ground or use anything that can permanently damage the venue area.  All vendors should bring weights for any tents as a precaution.

To ensure our event starts on time we ask all vendors to be set up and ready to go by 1:45pm.

Please be sure to bring adequate change/petty cash.  The area businesses and DeLand Pride will not be able to break large bills or make change throughout the day.

This event is rain or shine. No refunds or transfers will be granted.

DeLand Pride and Support Volusia will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of any vendor’s property during the event.

Vendors selling merchandise are responsible for reporting and paying all sales tax to city/county/state.

Non food vendors MAY NOT sell soda, juice, tea, coffee, water, or alcohol.  All alcohol sales can ONLY be done by licensed vendors approved IN ADVANCE by the City of DeLand and DeLand Pride.

There is NO NUDITY of any kind allowed.  This is a family friendly event and any vendors not adhering to this requirement will be dismissed from the event by City of DeLand officials or Support Volusia Board of Directors. Any material deemed inappropriate by DeLand Pride, Support Volusia, City of DeLand, or County of Volusia will not be permitted to be sold or displayed and must be removed immediately.

We reserve to right to refuse vendor space to any vendors that conflict with our mission and values or violate any terms set by our venue or local government.

The layout and space assignments will be displayed below after February 7, 2024.

DRIVING AND LOAD IN DIRECTIONS

COMING FROM I-4:

Take I-4 to New York Ave/SR-44. (Exit 118), head west towards DeLand.  Take SR-44 into Downtown.  You will pass through the intersection of New York and Woodland and take a left on Florida Ave then a quick left onto Georgia Ave.  The Alley Garage will be on your left.

COMING FROM I-95:

Take I-95 to International Speedway Blvd. (Exit 261), head west towards DeLand. Take ISB to Woodland Blvd/US 17-92 and take a left.  Take Woodland into Downtown. You will pass through the intersection of New York and Woodland and take a right on Howry Ave, a right on Florida Ave, and a right on Georgia Ave.  The Alley Garage will be on your left.

COMING FROM THE WEST:

Take SR 44 into Downtown and take a right on Florida Ave. then a quick left onto Georgia Ave.  The Alley Garage will be on your left. If you pass through the intersection of New York and Woodland you have gone too far.

COMING FROM THE EAST:

Take SR-44 into Downtown. You will pass through the intersection of New York and Woodland and take a left on Florida Ave then a quick left onto Georgia Ave.  The Alley Garage will be on your left.
